Grooso currently delivers to:


Pan-India for e-commerce products (standard delivery)


Select cities for quick commerce and instant essentials (under Grooso Express)


Local areas for store-based deliveries (Grooso City Mart)



Delivery availability is shown on the product page or during checkout based on your pin code.

2. Delivery Timelines


2.1 Quick Commerce (Grooso Express)


Delivery Time: Under 30 minutes to 2 hours


Applies to groceries, daily needs, and select essentials in supported cities



2.2 E-Commerce & Nationwide Shipping


Delivery Time: Typically 2–7 business days


Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier partner, or item type



2.3 City Mart Store Orders


Delivered same day or next day by local store owners (based on availability)



Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during high-demand periods or unforeseen delays.

3. Delivery Charges


Grooso Express Orders: Delivery charges may apply for small-value orders. Free delivery above a threshold (if applicable).


Pan-India Orders: Shipping charges (if any) will be mentioned at checkout.


Local Store Orders: Charges depend on the store policy and distance.

4. Tracking Your Order


You will receive real-time updates via SMS/email/app notifications once your order is dispatched.


For e-commerce shipments, tracking ID and courier link will be shared once available.

5. Delivery Attempts & Redelivery


Our delivery agents will attempt delivery at your provided address.


If you are unavailable, a second attempt may be made.


After repeated failed attempts, the order may be cancelled and returned. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

6. Packaging and Handling


All products are securely packed using industry-standard materials to ensure safety during transit.


Perishables and fragile items are handled with special care under temperature-appropriate and shock-resistant packaging methods.

Grooso is not liable for delays caused by:


Natural disasters, weather conditions, lockdowns


Unforeseen local events or strikes


Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer



In such cases, we will do our best to notify you and assist with rescheduling or refunds if necessary.

8. Undeliverable Areas


While we strive for extensive coverage, certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. You’ll be notified at checkout if delivery is not available to your location.

Grooso currently operates only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
