1. Accepted Payment Methods
We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience:
1.1 Online Payments
Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express
UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.
Net Banking: Supported by major Indian banks
Wallets: Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay (where integrated)
1.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available for select locations and order values
COD limit may vary based on your order history or location
We reserve the right to disable COD for accounts with suspicious or frequent cancellations

2. Payment Security
All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant and SSL-encrypted payment gateways.
Grooso does not store your card or bank details on its servers.
Transactions are authorized only after multi-level authentication from your bank or wallet provider.

3. Payment Confirmation
Once your transaction is successful, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation along with a digital invoice.
In case of failure, the payment will not be deducted or will be refunded automatically within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

4. Refunds
Refunds for cancelled or returned orders (prepaid) will be:
Credited to the original payment method, or
Transferred to your UPI/bank account (in case of COD orders, after bank details are submitted)

5. Cancellation & Payment Reversal
If an order is:
Cancelled by the user before dispatch: full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
Cancelled due to product unavailability or any issue from our end: full refund will be processed.
Not delivered due to incorrect address or repeated delivery failures: refund eligibility will be reviewed.

If you notice unauthorized charges or incorrect billing, please:

We aim to resolve all billing disputes within 5–7 business days.

All prices displayed are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
